Hope Place Centres
Redesigned Hope Place Centres’ website to reflect their progressive approach to recovery, boosting engagement and funding success.
Hope Place Centres, a gender-specific recovery facility, had modernized its treatment approach—integrating trauma-informed care with lived experience expertise—but public perception hadn’t caught up. Many still viewed the centre as rigid and disconnected from community needs.
Working with the team at Parcel, I contributed to a full digital rebrand aimed at bridging this gap. After a stakeholder audit revealed the disconnect between their evolved services and their reputation, we developed a new visual identity and redesigned the website to better reflect their progressive, collaborative approach to recovery.
The updated site told a more authentic story—one of accessibility, partnership, and sustainable recovery. Since launch, the centre has experienced stronger community engagement and improved outcomes in fundraising and grant applications, demonstrating the power of aligning an organization’s message with its mission.
